This is just a test post to see if these images will start showing up for us and also because our other “boy” needs his spotlight time, too. We’ve had Twitch since his birth on my birthday in 2002. He’ll be six this year. It’s hard to believe he’s been around that long, but he really is part of our family.
So, I want to scan in the others to post too. I also plan to scan in the first pics we got to show the size of the clot we had, but all that stuff will have to come later. We’ll see how long it takes me to learn this blog stuff

So… Nicole and I have decided to create a blog (with some help from Steve and Emily) because of our upcoming arrival, Gavin. Yup. My first minion is a boy. Lock up your daughters. He’s not due until July 21, so you all have some time to hide your valuables and create your safe rooms, but beware, the end of the world is nigh.
Anyways, enjoy the blog and look forward to the nice posts from Nicole as well as the colorful ones from me.
We met at a party at a mutual friend's house in January of 2000 and were married a year later in February of 2001. We just had our first child in July and love being parents. He is the cutest kid ever!!
Mike grew up in OK for most his life. He served a mission in Brazil (Santa Catarina), then moved to Utah in 1999. Mike is currently working at NovaRad as a Support Engineer.
I play Volleyball as often as my schedule allows.
I am attending the University of Phoenix online for my degree
Nicole was born in Arizona. She moved to Utah when she was two and has been here ever since. She is currently working at Teamworks. Raising her first child. Loves to sing, read and play volleyball (even if i'm not that good). I love hanging out with family and friends.

Gavin arrived in July. He's cute, so he must take after his mommy, but he looks like his daddy.
Twitch is our "other" child. He lives at his mother's house (which also happens to be at Nicole's parent's house. Twitch was born on Mike's birthday in 2002. He loves to swing and get into water whenever he can..
